Representative projects demonstrating our approach to adaptive workspace design and commercial interior planning
Location: Palermo, Buenos Aires
Area: 350 square meters
Completed: 2023
A rapidly growing technology company needed workspace that could accommodate both current team size and anticipated expansion. The challenge was creating distinct zones for different work modes while maintaining visual and acoustic connectivity across the entire floor plate.
We designed a modular system where workstations, meeting spaces, and collaboration areas can be reconfigured as team composition changes. Movable acoustic panels provide privacy when needed without creating permanent barriers. Natural light reaches all zones through strategic use of glass partitions and reflective surfaces.
Location: Microcentro, Buenos Aires
Area: 1,200 square meters across three floors
Completed: 2022
A historic building required interior renovation to attract modern professional tenants while respecting its architectural heritage. Each floor needed to accommodate different business types with varying spatial requirements.
Our solution preserved original ceiling heights and window proportions while introducing contemporary infrastructure. Flexible floor plans allow tenants to customize their space within a coherent overall design framework. Shared amenity spaces on each floor encourage interaction while maintaining professional boundaries.
Location: San Telmo, Buenos Aires
Area: 280 square meters
Completed: 2024
A design studio wanted space that could function as daily workplace, client presentation venue, and evening event space for industry gatherings. The property needed to transform completely between these uses without requiring extensive setup time.
We created zones with multiple personalities. Production areas feature robust work surfaces and ample storage that conceals equipment during events. The central presentation space includes a modular display system that reconfigures from portfolio wall to exhibition backdrop to social gathering area. Lighting systems adjust ambiance from focused work light to dramatic event illumination.
Each project begins with thorough analysis of the existing space, building constraints, neighborhood character, and client aspirations. We document not just physical conditions but also usage patterns, workflow requirements, and cultural considerations that will influence design decisions.
Multiple design concepts are developed and tested against project requirements. We examine how different spatial arrangements support various activities, how circulation patterns affect user experience, and how material choices contribute to overall atmosphere and functionality.
Selected concepts are developed into detailed plans with precise specifications for materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture. Every element is evaluated for its contribution to spatial adaptability, human comfort, and long-term durability.
